then watched movie. 17 again by zac efron
okok lah.. normal show.
went to auntie's hse
played abit of mahjong.. watched princess diary on disney channel n went home.

today ate shabu shabu steamboat..
hahahahah.

my parents r in genting..
georgina is leaving for thai in 3 days..

im eating with my colleagues.
we even drove to IMM today
the guy beside tok to me ytd..
i dunno whether to laugh or cry..
lol.. even tho it's only abt work.
i min just the day b4 i alrdy wrote tt we will see hu can outlast each other n the next day he talked. lol

but ytd 3 guys pissed me off.
one was hugging th bus metal pole lyk he is determined to protect it.
one was looking at me when im waiting for his car to drive off so tt i can cross.
one was doing the very stupid mouth sound lyk im his dog.

no respects for gals.

i guess thefortune teller was right in some ways.
ever since my parents knew tt my father is against red,
now he seldom scolds me, nor do we quarrel anymore.
i tink both of us r trying to control ourselves.
at one time i even tot tt i am a late bloomer, tt i;ve just entered the rebellious stage.

anyway, had been following up on the news abt the father throwing his baby into the boiling pot of oil.
tt's so cruel.
but tt has been all i've done so far.
until today morning when i dreamt of a baby child surrounded by devil-looking alligators.
i suddenly got so worried abt the baby n wondered y is nobody rescuing her.
till the point when my alarm ring, i didnt even bothered to switch it off cuz im still "looking out" for the baby.
then it strikes me, y didnt i pray for her at all?
might sounds childish, but i tot tt's a sign frm God.
while praying, i was kinda lost for words.
i ended up with wishing tt God will just stay by her side.
but the latest news is - she did not survived.
i guess it was for her own good in some ways.
even if she survived, the odd looks frm the public abt her skin n everything will be too much for a kid to handle.
anyway, i believe now she's not suffering anymore.

oh n i also have to say smth
it's my own personal opinion btw.
i truly agree with wad jackie chan had commented abt the Chinese.
as a Chinese myself!
i min, which part did he even say wrongly??

n also, commenting on Zhang Zi Yi being a disgrace to the Chinese just cuz she acted as some seductive women in Horsemen n a geisha in Memoirs of a Geisha?
when chinese artistes managed to get into hollywood, the chinese r so proud of it.
but when they really acted in a hollywood movie, there's always smth not satisfying for the chinese.
forget it la, we shld just stay inside our own Chinese circle.
dun even tink abt venturing out!

we were planning on a yr-end korea skiing trip.
but aft the korean bbq tt time, he realisd he cldntget use to korea food.

while me n my sis agreed tt we will save 4000 bucks.
once we reach tt target, the two of us will go on a euro tour.
no parents!

i dun feel lyk blogging at all.
i feel tt im always blogging in broken english.

n the food there r so tempting!!
i wan to go again!

Day 1 (1/3/2009) and 2 (2/3/2009)
met up at golden mile complex at abt 9.30pm
everyone was there except for the two china gals.
hahah.. yq's father fetched them there but lost their way.
edwin brought a real luggage.
everyone was lyk asking me how i managed to keep everything in a small bag.
finally the 2 gals arrived n we board the coach.
my first time taking the double deck coach.
im so excited!! had been wanting to take it for a long time.
on the bus took some photos.

took alrdy then got scolded by the coach driver.
cuz we r not supposed to take photos there.


at yong peng where everybody buy n buy..

on the coach there was this guy who snore really loud n everyone cant slp cuz of him.
even weihao lost to him. lolol.
everyone didnt manage to slp well lah.

the next morning reached merang jetty.
the jetty changed its location.
the coach driver was kind of irresponsible to drop us abt 10m away frm the jetty.
it was raining summore..
so we walked in the rain to the jetty n everyone is freezing.
waited some time for the ferry.
played some games during this waiting period.











took the ferry ride there.
the waves were big n it was still raining.
at first the boat movement makes it very exciting to ride on.
but aft awhile.. everyone started to feel uncomfortable.
there was this gal behind us who started vomiting the moment she got on the boat.
aft while i started puking also..
then ly.. then xt.. lol
then we found out tt the ferry ride had become 2 hrs long.
but after puking awhile.
i fell aslp all the way till we reach redang.
n i felt so much better. lol. wad a bittersweet torture..
drank the very nice welcome drink. haha.
checked in n went into our rm to put our luggage..
then off we go for our buffet lunch.





very nice surprise greeted us.
then prepared for our first snorkelling trip!
b4 tt went to the beach for some fun..




















went up the boat. our boat spoil!! how suay!!
then changed to another boat n we sat on the front of the boat.
reached the snorkelling trip n had really lotsa fun.
i hope my underwater camera film did not exposed to light.
cuz we took alot of photos!!

went back to the island n all queued to bathe while me, yq, derrick n edwin went to the pool to bathe.
we challenged against each other to choreaograph the funniest dance.
the guys' ones r not funny loh but they use cunning tactics to make us admit defeat.
then bathed alrdy then prepare for our very nice bbq buffet dinner!

























aft dinner rest awhile at the lobby..
then went to ktv for some leisure entertainment.
































went back to hotel n had some fun..











n tt conclude our first day.
all were tired aft the slpless night, vomiting, n very tiring snorkelling trip.

Redang 3/3/09:
woke up early to breakfast.
yes, i luv luv their breakfast. very sumptious.
there's the cereals with milk. sunny side up. waffles. sausages.
it's rare tt a non-breakfast eater lyk me always luv breakfast served at hotels.
we got a table n the neighbouring table was feeding a squirrel some banana.




then we started attacking the breakfast buffet.





wad better way to eat ur breakfast while watching the beautiful sea view?

n then we started getting funny with the left over food.

we found a heart-shaped rock somewhere in the big rocks!!

then we went for our first snorkelling trip of the day.
it was at marine park.
gawd the fish there r lyk schools n schools of them!!
n when the bread was given to them the fishes and us gals all went crazy
the fishes kept coming nearer n nearer while we gals kept backing to the shore..
lolol.
n n n i saw my fave fish!!!

my father saw it swimming underneath the mushroom corals n occassionally coming out for a peek.

was heavy rain n the snorkelling place didnt have so much fishes.
the pple who stayed back decided to play poker in the rm instead.

i went looking for the "blue sand"
it's this small organism tt will give off a small blue light.
the locals say tt u will see it if u r lucky.
i tried my best, but nth. haiz..
anyway, i said orgasms instead of organisms.
i shld kill myself. haha.

waited for them at the lobby while they SHOP!
i almost fell aslp...

then we went to the seaside bar n had a drink or two.
it's there tt they celebrated gonaidi n mine bdae!!


my father kept asking edwin to drink but he insist no alcohol.


finally he succumbed to us.. haha


gonaidi's drink was the most amazing one
flaming lambourghini - tiers of different colours of alcohol.
when fire was lighted, he had to sip it all down in one gulp.
it was cool, but when the drink was finished, i was lyk "now what?"
he remained drinkless for the rest of the night. hahah













aft tt continued lingering on the beach.
lazes awhile watching the stars.
walked along to the other resorts n saw one having a disco.
played some games on the sand. hahah.
then went back to slp.

the next morning, woke up super early.
packed. ate seasick pills.
slpt on the ferry n coach all the way back to singapore!
tt ends our redang trip!

i hope im gng again in june.
with my big family!!
am i tired of tt place?
