Of Politics, Thoughts & Closing Down

hello pple.
im back..
actually have been contemplating thought of closing down this blog for a long time alrdy.
the main reason y i started this blog was because my father kept peeping into my written diary.
an online blog seems not bad an idea to stop him frm peeping.
but i realise i cannot pen down all my inner feelings at all.
and the prob is last time im super bimbo, so all those tots were bimbo too n were just stupid ramblings.
but nw im starting to have more thinking.
dunno is it my work too boring ahahha.
things lyk political issues which i have some opinions of.
but of cuz i can express it here.
they say tt the internet does not have privacy
i really tink so.
it's so scary when pple started asking u things tt u nv tell them
cuz they read it on ur blog.
n i still have some bimbotic ramblings which i feel embarassed to write them down here nw.

i went to have a very sumptious japanese feast ytd!!
at sushi tei at west coast plaza.
super nice..
their quality n freshness is gd!!
ordered lobster sashimi, salmon sashimi, blah blah etc..
total bill 160++.

cuz it's nearing the end of our financial month n suddenly, all the urgent orders started coming in at 5+ to 6.
almost cld have stayed back for n hour n claim OT but did not cuz i was meeting xt.
reached jp n saw xt, yq n deon.
omg.. i started grinning lyk crazy.
i am so so so happy to meet them.
so relieved too.
not tt they were in danger.
but i am. in danger of becoming less n less youthful.
almost lyk an adult dedicating his whole life to work.
i dun wan!! i still wan to be able to laugh lyk there's no tml.
n play pranks.. n simply just to grin stupidly.
i had a really enjoyable night with them.
saw yq n i kept laughing.
me n xt complained abt working life.
yq getting intimidated by it. lolol.

i realised my previous post is so nonsense

back with some other thinkings again.. lol..

this time it will be....
if you see other people doing things that you cannot do, will you praise the person or will you say "tt's not very difficult.."??

for me, as long as the person does smth tt i cannot do..
be it a very simple task, (for eg, housechores, i suck at those), i will consider the person to good.
but of cuz there's times when the devil gets the hold on me, n i will cast it off with a "no big deal"
but i've seen pple who NEVER praises.
i min NEVER!!!
this cause me to tink abt how this person felt at the pt in time..
jealous??? irritated??? or simply heck care?
but if really heck care, u wun say "no big deal" ryt?
for me, honestly, it will be cuz im jealous.

oh.. went WCP on saturday with my extended family.
we had a picnic there n we flew kite n played frisbees.
if u read my blog last time, u will noe tt there's a few big arguments tt happened between my family members.
those r times when i feel really sandwiched.
cuz my sis has a heck care attitude but i cannot.
i feel tt things must be solved if not it's not a complete family anymore.
so u can imagine how contented i feel when i see my family laughing so happily at very simple things.
even though my parents didnt joined in, which i am a lil disappointed.
but i guess they were tired aft a long day at work.
i decided to go jogging at WCP every fortnight.
i noe very little.
but for me, im not trying to really be an excercise-holic, so i tink a jog fortnightly is enough to keep me frm turning into a fat auntie frm all these eating n sitting at work. ahahha.

just nw when i was listening to my mp3, i heard the song 不能跟情人说的话
they were toking abt how a fren will be there to listen to u when u r really down n sad.
tt makes me tink abt my frenships with all my frens.
i can say tt i havent found a fren tt fits this category.
no it's not their fault.
i noe maybe some of them can be in this category, but the problem lies with me.
i tink im scared of embarassment, so i seldom very very seldom tell them abt things tt makes me sad.
most of the time wad they see is a happy seowhui, always laughing n telling jokes.
i tink i dun wan them to tink of me as someone who's very emo all the time.

went out ytd..
shopped in ion orchard where i wanted to find shoes in rubi.
but it was a disappointment..
the heels look super cheapo.
then went to neu look where georgina says have beautiful shoes.
but they were all wedges n too high for a beginner. hahah

went to canele to have dinner.
we all wanted nice food.
turned out the food was really nice..
we had a smoked salmon pizza, seafood baked rice, ham n asparagus baked rice, n a crab pasta.
the smoked salmon pizza is really nice. but tiring cuz we tried to use knife to cut it into small pieces.
n the crust is abit hard to cut.. but it's nice to eat.
shld have just use our hands. lol.
then the seafood baked rice was nice also!!
super nice!! big n succulent scallops, lots of squids n lots n lots more real crab meat.
not the red n white kind we eat at steamboat.
is real crab meat!!!!!! n the rice taste super nice.
the ham n asparagus wasnt tt nice compared to the seafood one. but still was ok!
n the the crab pasta.
it's spicy but with real crabmeat too
n it's lyk chunks n chunks of it!!! yum yum!

anyway, the waiter who serves us look lyk the guy holding the pocong in my previous post's video.
i waited very long before telling my sis.
then aft tt we cldnt stop laughing whenever he came over.
i tink he also get fed up n changed to another waiter to serve us.
hahaha. really sorry. i noe it's rude, but we cant help it.
n hey, the guy holding pocong was cute!
oh, n he really scares me sumtimes.
lyk suddenly a hand will come out frm behind me to take my glass to refill the water. lol.

went to watch da vinci exhibition at the science centre last sunday.
must say tt the queue was super long....
we reached at abt 3 then eat mac till 4.
buy ticket.. n queue until we finally got in at abt 5pm
tot last day nobody but seems lyk everybody also same mentality.
wait till last day then go in.

have to say tt i was kinda disappointed with the exhibition.
the paintings n replicas of his diary n notebk were ok.
but it's the part where they make little models out of his theories tt disappoint me.
those models r untouchable except a few. n i min really few..
wads the pt if we cant experiment with his theories?
then how r we supposed to marvel at his thinkings?
for all i noe, none of his theories might even work..
im not saying tt they really need to go n create a life size model lyk the pyramid parachute tt da vinci tot out of.
but they can make very small models n some experiments for us to test.
abit lyk the experiment tt we do when we r in sch.. the one tt requires us to use straw n paper to create a parachute to send the egg down safely.
so basically the exhibition was more lyk a glance, read the summary..
understand? gd for u..
dun understand? too bad.. there's nth else tt we can do.
anyway, the entrance ticket was $15. maybe they have a tight budget.
but i seriously wouldnt mind paying more if i can try out those theories.
aft the exhibition, this is wad i tink of da vinci.
i tink tt the reason y he is called a genius is because....
in his era, there's very little known abt measurements, n also intruments to measure.
but yet everything he created, including his sketches n paint..
he was able to get such accurate measurements thru long observation.
just lyk the last supper painting, he observed pple's facial expression n also body movement for very long before he decided on the 12 apostles' action n expression n also jesus' action n expression.
n also for his technical drawings, the angles all matches.
n the vitruvian man, he was able to draw the pic with such accuracy.
but other than that, because i didnt get to try out his experiments, so i dunno if he's correct on those thinking.

anyway, we saw the pocong!!!

all ym colleagues r nice pple.
hahha. chatting with my team nw.
even my in charge is joking with us nw.
started doing work alrdy.
although i still very blur with the order in which things r done.

these few days of holidays i woke up real early.
tink cuz getting used to the waking up at 6.50am routine.
played mahjong with the parents. lol.
then abt 5+pm, went to west coast to buy dinner.
i ate super lot at dinner.
umm, otahs, half a box of bee hoon, one packet of fried oyster omelette, n abt 35 sticks of satays.
lol. i am crazy.
then at last ate another 4 sushi n 2 california rolls.
i am really crazy.

watched news report on the tw mudslide.
super serious, so many deaths n injuries.
but sg is not having a fund raising so cant do anything.
japan have earthquake too.
im so lucky to be a singaporean.
but i really sympathise the victims.
hope they will all be alright.

then at abt 2am, woke up n heard moanings.
tot is pple shouting frm void deck.
then abt 2.30am, my father knock really hard on our door.
me n my auntie jumped up n went out to see.
my ah gong was sitting on the floor looking really pale.
he said he had been vomitting n feel very giddy.
so the moaning actually came frm my ah gong.
he was trying to call us for help.
god, next time i am so gng to pay attention to all these sounds.
called the ambulance.
the paramedics came.
my auntie n my father was so shocked tt they werent able to tink clearly.
so the medics had to depend on me to ask for ans.
called my auntie n cousin.
the paramedics sent my ah gong to the hospital.
then my parents n my auntie went along.
leaving me n my sis at home.
my sis broke down n said tt she's very worried.
but i cant cry, i must be strong for her.
she even went to bathe cuz we r ready to rush down to the hospital anytime.
called my mother finally n she confirmed tt everything is alright.
then can we finally go back to slp.
morning came n the adults all came back with another auntie n my cousin too.
then they were telling us tt the doctor said tt everything is normal.
tink is food poisoning or indigestion probs.
fortunately, everything ended well. =D
shall go to hospital to visit him aft work.

i was praying the whole time.
i dunno whether did it helped but i choose to believe it did.
at least when such helpless things happen, i have a God to rely on.
ok, im starting to sound really preachy, i shall stop.

went to vivo today cuz my auntie came out frm malaysia.
we went to eat putien.
planning to go sentosa but changed the plan cuz my auntie had smth on.
oh.. my wish came true.
i was wishing tt my m&m's chocolate will stop gng out-of-stock n also stop raising price.
today i found it in candy empire n what's more, it's lyk 7 bucks cheaper!!! =DD
i was so scared it will go out-of-stock again tt i bought 2 packs.

last sunday also went vivo
hahah. wanted to eat b4 i start my work.
then we had nth much to eat
so me n my parents walked arnd vivo aimlessly.
into pet's shop n onto balcony.
was looking at the fish tank at the entrance of the pet shop.
saw a fish dying.
then the shop assistant came n look at the fish tank too
n i told him the fish dying
n he told me he noe, but cannot throw away cuz he havent die fully.
lolol. then i spotted another fully dead fish hiding behind.
n he went on to get his worker to come n clear the dying fish.
hahah. so we spent the aftnoon catching dead fish.

anyway, this yr's ndp was spectacular!!!!
i feel really proud to be a singaporean!!
i definitely wan to join again next yr!!

n saw tt they were having the national day celebration.
where everyone wear red or white.
n then the npcc, ncc, girls guide, bb all will have a marching ceremony.

thought i've left sec sch for 4 yrs le.
but every yr also got this feeling loh.
im a very patriotic person. lolol.

then today morning my ah gong was lyk waking the two cheekies up.

then the maid came and say they got sch at 9.

i kept having reminders frm facebk tt my frens r inviting me.
kept refusing to sign up for one but nw tt im at work n am so bored, i am so tempted.
but once i tink of how busy i will be in the future, i am tinkg twice again. lol

anyway, passed by cocoa tree these few days n guess wad.
my m&m's crispy XL pouch is out of stock again. wtf!!!!

work was ok.
though i have been taskless since monday till nw.
haha. my acc has just been activated n im still waiting for tasks.
system looks complicated by i tink with prac will be able to manage.
pple here r nice, although i m still abit quiet.
aiya, once i get to noe them, they will be irritated by my endless talking.
the korean ladies r really pretty.
there's one korean guy here, not quite sure wad he tinks abt me.
he looks really strict n fierce.
im abit scared of him
but luckily he's not in charge of me.
colleagues r really nice
invited me to join them for lunch since the first day.
hahah i was still wondering how to ask if i can join them anot.
one thing tt's bad is the transportation to here.
woah.. one hr journey include transferring of 2 buses.
n not to mention the walk to the tower.
transportation fee is lyk almost 4 bucks a day.
tt mins it 80 bucks for 20 working days.
which is not even including the transport i will take when i go out.
wah liao. can amount to 100 bucks alrdy.

im still waiting for my desk n com to be set up.
currently the office is fully occupied.
i have to wait till nxt month b4 i will have a fixed desk.
i cant wait to bring tidbits n decorate my desk with funny stuffs!

oh, i've almost finished reading anne frank's diary.
gng on to watch the movie maybe at home. =D
